Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWIHN) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals for the purpose of providing primary source verification for practitioner and provider credentialing that complies with 42 CFR 422.204 Provider Selection and Credentialing, Michigan Department of Health and Human Services credentialing requirements (MDHHS), and the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) credentialing standards.
PLEASE REVIEW THE FORMAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS. FAILURE TO ADHERE MAY RESULT IN YOUR BID BEING DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE.
