Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWIHN) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals for the purpose of renovations of a 1912 Library into a Mental Health facility. The property is located at 8726 Woodward Ave, Detroit, MI. The building is approximately 24,000 including the basement, first floor, and second floor renovations. Along with the complete renovation of the facility, site work including storm water improvements, concrete ramps, site fencing, parking, and landscaping are included.
