RFP-2017-002 - Central Access Center

Summary of Specifications:
Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the Detroit Wayne Mental Health DWMHA (DWMHA or “Authority”) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals for the purpose of implementing a Central Access Center. The Central Access Center serves as the front door into the public mental health system. The Access Center is operated through a contractual agreement with a local provider organization. The Access Center provides a core set of access system functions for the DWMHA’s access system, and works with the local providers and MCPNs. The current access center is for services in Wayne County Only.
