Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWIHN) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals to develop and maintain a mobile application. The purpose of the mobile application is to engage Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network clients (otherwise known as “members”) and other community citizens for its sponsored and supported activities and services. Submissions must focus on: consulting/assessment, designing, developing/beta testing, training, as well as maintaining/providing technical support to facilitate users:

connecting with DWIHN, its community partners and each other
identifying and participating in DWIHN-sponsored events and activities
locating and tracking service providers
Referencing and researching information for decision-making
Averting crisis while getting connected to preventive and intervention service
