See Addendum No. 4 and Addendum No. 4. Attachment for Revised RFQ 2023-005 REVISED Document. Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWIHN) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit responses to establish a list of qualified Providers to provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), for individuals under 21 years of age diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) that are eligible for Behavior Health Treatment (BHT) per the Michigan Medicaid Provider Manual.

DWIHN is seeking sealed responses from interested and qualified not-for-profit or for-profit entities who possess the capacity, infrastructure, and organizational competence to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to eligible individuals, preferably at locations within Wayne County. In order to manage and maintain a high-quality network of providers, DWIHN is challenged to more clearly define the role of, and the expectations for selected Respondents from whom Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services are purchased. This RFQ establishes criteria and requirements that have been designed to cover important aspects of the services to be provided, and to create a Qualified List of providers. Additional expectations may arise and be applied to the Respondents during the course of the contract. Responses are subject to modification based upon the rules/regulations of the funding sources.
