Summary of Specifications:
Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the Detroit Wayne Mental Health Authority (Authority) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals to conduct business as managers of the comprehensive provider networks (MCPN) of service delivery for persons with intellectual/ developmental disabilities (I/DD), adults with serious mental illness (SMI), children with serious emotional disorder (SED), and persons with substance use disorders (SUD), with primary emphasis on the management of specialty services covered by Medicaid, including Michigan’s recent Medicaid Expansion (known as Healthy Michigan).
