These capital improvements will consist of programming, architectural design, engineering, new construction and renovation of approximately 85,000 square feet of office, garage and warehouse space as well as site work such as parking, vehicle circulation and material storage yard at 5700 Russell St. Detroit, Michigan 48211.
The project is to relocate the operations of GSD Vehicle Repair and DPW Street Maintenance from 2633 Michigan Avenue to 5700 Russell Street. This will include renovated space for warehouse purposes as well as new construction for office and repair garage operations. This work will be connected within the City’s technology infrastructure and will be integrated with all available data sources and devices.
