The Downton Development Authority of the City of Detroit (DDA) hereby invites qualified contractors (“Contractors”) to submit a sealed unit price Bid
Proposal to construct, under a general contract agreement, for Downtown Sidewalk Improvement Construction Project (“Project”) work, which includes cleanup and restoration of the existing pedestrian corridor which includes the replacing of ALL brick pavers with concrete on Woodward Avenue from the Southwest corner of State St. to Park/Witherall St. and Southeast corner of John R to Park/ Witherall St. in Detroit in accordance with approved City of Detroit Special Provisions and specifications.
