OR02012022 - Mt. Elliot Road Reconstruction Construction Engineering and Inspection Services

The  Economic Development Corporation of the City of Detroit (EDC) hereby invites qualified, experienced and licensed Professional Engineering firms the (“Professional Engineer”) to submit a sealed Bid Proposal for the provision of all necessary professional construction engineering and inspection services which includes, but is not limited to,  project administration, inspection; quality assurance,  MDOT reporting, testing and reporting; measurement, computation, and documentation of quantities; utilization of the State of Michigan “Field Manager”  unit and quantity software program, federal court mandated ADA Ramp inspection, documentation, reporting and record keeping for all ADA ramps installed; generation of payment applications, reporting and record keeping; review and acceptance or notices of exceptions or rejections of materials and workmanship, and documentation to finalize and close out project. These services are related to the construction oversight of the general contractor’s construction contract agreement, for the Mt. Elliott Road Reconstruction Project.

This project is located in the Mt. Elliott Street right of way, from Georgia Street to the Conant Street Intersection, which is roughly 5400 lineal feet in total length.
