One (1) original, six (6) copies, and a digital copy on a flash drive of the sealed proposal must be received by DESC’s Procurement staff only no later than March 28, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. local time. Proposals will be accepted Monday thru Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on or before the proposal due date.
