The Detroit Land Bank Authority (DLBA) seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide Buy Back Counseling Services for its Occupied Buy Back Program. Qualified firms shall demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years of providing services similar to those outlined in the Scope of Work for the RFP. Proposal submissions must be uploaded to the BidNet website no later than 2:00 p.m., on February 13, 2025. No late bids will be accepted. No physical bid submission will be accepted. Proposals received by the due date and time specified will be publicly recorded on February 13, 2025, at 2:30 p.m., as per the instructions provided in Addendum No. 3.

Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted via the BidNet portal. No phone calls or emails will be accepted. Questions may be submitted until 11:00 a.m., February 7, 2025.
