The Detroit Land Bank Authority (DLBA) requests proposals from pre-qualified general contractor vendors for the renovation of residential properties associated with this RFP. The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to openly and responsibly procure the services of the eligible Respondent with the highest-ranked proposal. Proposals are due via upload to the BidNet website no later than 2:00 p.m., February 1, 2024. Proposals received by the due date and time will be publicly opened and read at 2:30 p.m. on February 1, 2024. Late proposals will not be accepted. Physical bid submissions will not be accepted. All responses must be submitted via the BidNet website. Proposals received after the due date and time will not be considered.
