Description

The Detroit Land Bank Authority (DLBA) requests bids from pre-qualified general contractor vendors for the renovation of residential properties associated with this RFB. The intent of this RFB is to openly and responsibly procure the services of the eligible respondent. Proposals are due via upload to the BidNet website no later than 2:00 p.m., March 15, 2024. Bids received by the due date and time will be publicly opened and read at 2:30 p.m. on March 15, 2024. Late proposals will not be accepted. Physical bid submissions will not be accepted. All responses must be submitted via the BidNet website. Proposals received after the due date and time will not be considered.
