The Detroit Land Bank Authority (DLBA) seeks qualifications and quotations from qualified firms to provide AUDIT SERVICES. Submissions must be uploaded to the BidNet website in Adobe PDF format no later than 2:00 p.m. on February 13, 2025. Late submissions and physical bids will not be accepted. Interested parties should thoroughly review the bid document before submitting a response.

Questions about the RFQQ will be accepted via the BidNet website only until 12:00 p.m. on February 5, 2025. The DLBA will address questions received by this deadline via an addendum posted on the BidNet website. Responses to questions submitted after the deadline are not guaranteed. Phone calls and emails will not be accepted. All inquiries must be made via BidNet.

RFQQ responses received by the due date and time specified will be publicly opened and read on Zoom at 2:30 p.m. on February 13, 2025. Zoom access details are provided in the RFQQ document.
