Bids must be submitted on contract document forms, and contained in a sealed envelope addressed to East China Charter Township, clearly marked: “BID FOR MEISNER PUMP STATION IMPROVEMENTS & BELLE RIVER BYPASSES”. Bidding documents may be obtained by direct request to the Engineer; Project Control Engineering, Inc., 2420 Pointe Tremble Rd (M-29), Algonac, MI 48001, (810) 794-1931, on or after 11:00 AM, Monday September 9, 2019 for a non-refundable fee of $35.00 per set plus $10.00 additional per set if mailed.
