         Relocate pump control wiring to new control panel above ground.
         Raising station platform approximately 4 feet and contour to bridge embankment

          For Both Meisner Road Pump Station and Belle River Pump Station:
         Directional drill a new 6" HDPE forcemain under the Belle River, connecting to station
         Together with restoration and other related work items

Sealed bids will be received by East China Charter Township, at the office of the Township Clerk, 5111 River Road, East China, Michigan 48054, until 2:30 PM, prevailing local time, Tuesday, October 1, 2019, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids must be submitted on contract document forms, and contained in a sealed envelope addressed to East China Charter Township, clearly marked: “BID FOR MEISNER PUMP STATION IMPROVEMENTS & BELLE RIVER BYPASSES”. Bidding documents may be obtained by direct request to the Engineer; Project Control Engineering, Inc., 2420 Pointe Tremble Rd (M-29), Algonac, MI 48001, (810) 794-1931, on or after 11:00 AM, Monday September 9, 2019 for a non-refundable fee of $35.00 per set plus $10.00 additional per set if mailed. Bidding documents may also be downloaded electronically at no cost by contacting Project Control Engineering, Inc. at 810-794-1931 to register as a plan holder and to receive download instructions.
