Summary of Specifications:
Farmington Public Schools will accept sealed Request for Proposals (RFPs) for Architectural/Engineering Services RFP #924 at the Purchasing Department, Lewis Schulman Administration Center, 32500 Shiawassee, Farmington, MI 48336.
All proposals must be received by the Farmington Public Schools Purchasing Department, as designee of the Board of Education, no later than 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 (bid closing) at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Purchasing Department will make a recommendation to the Board of Education who will award or reject the bids at their regularly scheduled meeting. No oral, telephonic, telegraphic or facsimile proposals will be considered. No proposals will be accepted after the time of bid submission.
All bids must include a signed “Familial Relationship Disclosure” form. All bids must include a signed “Iran Sanctions Affidavit”
The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all items in the bid; to accept or reject any or all bids; to award the bid in part or in total; to waive any informalities therein; or for any reason, to award the contract to other than the low bidder. If either a unit price or extended price is obviously in error and the other is obviously correct, the incorrect price will be disregarded.
Prices bid are to be F.O.B. Farmington, Michigan. All purchases are to be exempt from all taxes, including state and federal taxes. Exemption certificates will be furnished upon request.
All bids shall be firm for sixty (90) days from the date of the bid opening. For bids to be considered they must meet or exceed all specifications. Documents will be available on Tuesday, February 18, 2015 at Farmington Public Schools website http://www.farmington.k12.mi.us/district/purchasing/index.php.
