Summary of Specifications:
Farmington Public Schools will accept sealed bids for WIRELESS ACCESS POINTS Bid #919 as described in the attached specifications at the
Lewis Schulman Administration Center 32500 Shiawassee Farmington, Michigan 48336-2363
All bids must be received by Farmington Public Schools Purchasing Department, as designee of the Board of Education, no later than will 1:30 P.M. on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Purchasing Department will make recommendation to the Board of Education who will award or reject the bids at a regularly scheduled meeting. No oral, telephonic, telegraphic or facsimile proposals will be considered. No proposals will be accepted after the time of closing of bids. • All bids must include a signed “Familial Relationship Disclosure” form • All bids must include a signed “Iran Sanctions Affidavit”
The Board of Education reserves the right to accept any item in the bid; to accept or reject any or all bids; to waive any informalities therein; or for reasons of establishing uniformity, to award the contract to other than the low bidders. If either a unit price or extended price is obviously in error and the other is obviously correct, the incorrect price will be disregarded.
Prices bid are to be F.O.B. Farmington, Michigan. All purchases are to be exempt from all taxes, including state and federal taxes. Exemption certificates will be furnished upon request.
All bids shall be firm for ninety (90) days from the date of the bid opening. For bids to be considered they must meet or exceed all specifications herein. This project qualifies for USF funding.
All bids must be submitted on the attached bid form and signed by the bidder. One (1) signed original bids and One (1) copy of the bid form is to be addressed to the attention of: Julie Yelick , Supervisor of Purchasing, Farmington Public Schools, 32500 Shiawassee Farmington, MI 48336-2363.
