All Interested Bidders attend a walk thru of the location where AMH is to be built. If you do not attend a walk through, your bid will not be accepted. The walk thru has open dates. Interested participants can take pictures and measurements of the area. Walk thru dates are: January 16, 2023 thru February 3, 2023 8:30am - 5pm Monday thru Friday (No weekend walk thru's). Additional Bidding Instructions

All bids must include a total cost for the AMH system. It must be separate from any Maintenance Contracts cost. If you chose to include a maintenance yearly cost, it must be a separate line item cost that details any first, second, or thrid year maintenance cost.
Winning Bidder Must: tear down, remove, and dispose of current AMH System. Cost for tear down and removal of current system must be separate from new system cost.
Sortation Criteria: Software - Adult Non-Fiction
Estimated 800,000 Annual Check-in P/Y
Open Business and closed Business setting for Exterior (Software Computer Settings)
Must have a back date Option/Mode
Outside drop unit must have ID Conveyor which checks materials in as they are loaded from outside chute.
Outside Drive-up chute must have a "Full Bin" option which locks the door when Smart Bin is full.
Drop bin from outside chute must be a Smart Bin
Inside- must have station/room for staff at Sorter (central) start of line

Winnning bidder must provide employee training.
