Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals for the performance of work listed below will be received by The Board of County Road Commissioners of the County of Genesee, Michigan at 211 West Oakley Street, Flint, Michigan until 10:00 a.m., May 5, 2016 at which time and place the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposals may also be obtained from the Road Commission Web Site at www.gcrc.org. No charges will apply for furnishing the electronic version of the proposal in adobe acrobat format. It shall be the Contractor’s responsibility to print out the proposal in its entirety and submit the completed bid proposal to the Road Commission office by the time and date as shown above. No proposal shall be accepted by e-mail.
