The Genesee County Road Commission (GCRC) is accepting proposals from qualified firms to provide Human Resources Consultation for Genesee County Road Commission.
The GCRC's requirements to be met in providing these professional services are outlined in the attached documents that are a part of this Request for Proposal (RFP). All proposals submitted shall take into consideration these requirements.
The final date for submitting a proposal is January 14, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. to the Genesee County Road Commission, Attn: Stephanie Jaeger, Purchasing Administrator, 211 W. Oakley St., flint, MI 48503. Your proposal envelope must be sealed and clearly marked Human Resources Consultant Proposal” so that no error in opening may occur. Proposals will be publicly opened at 1:00 p.m. on January 14, 2019, with the review and evaluation to take place at a later date.
The GCRC reserves the right to accept or to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities and to make an award that is determined by the GCRC to be in the best interest of the Road Commission.
