To be eligible to submit a bid, attendance to a PRE-BID MEETING is mandatory and will be Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at 10:00 am, local time at the Montrose District Garage, located at 11288 N. Seymour Road, Montrose, MI for the purpose of reviewing the project specifications and a tour of proposed project.
