A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. (EST) at Genesee County Tower Building, 324 S. Saginaw St., Flint, MI 48502 – to enter the building you are required to wear a hard hat, and high-viz vest or bright color clothing. There is parking on the street or pay parking in either the ramp, or in the flat lot. All vendors submitting a proposal must attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting and arrive within a reasonable time following the start of the meeting. This meeting will afford vendors the opportunity to obtain information about this project and ask any questions directly related to this solicitation. An attendance sheet will be provided and will serve as the official document verifying attendance. Failure to attend this meeting shall result in disqualification of a Vendor’s bid.
