Summary of Specifications:
Service Provider(s) shall provide cleaning services to individuals that have an extreme amount of clutter, filth and debris in their living environment. This program is for seniors aged 60 years and older based on the recommendation made by the Case Management and Referral Team whose residences are located throughout Genesee County. There is an estimated cumulative need for 1200 units of EXTREME CLEANING SERVICES to be provided on an annual basis to an estimated 40 to 50 senior clients. One Delivery Unit ends at One Hour of Service Delivered to One Eligible Participant.
