Description

This work includes excavating planting areas for trees and shrubs, disposing of excess soils, furnishing and planting trees and shrubs of the size and type shown on the plans, backfilling the planting holes with prepared soil, watering and cultivating, and such other work necessary to complete the landscaping as described herein. This work includes a guarantee of one complete growing season for all planted materials. Where planted materials fail to become established after one complete season, they shall be replaced by the Contractor. Full specifications for this project is provided in Exhibit A, page 20 of this solicitation.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. (EST) at 900 S. Saginaw Street, Flint, MI 48502, Saginaw Street entrance lobby. All suppliers submitting a proposal must attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting and arrive within a reasonable time following the start of the meeting. This meeting will afford suppliers the opportunity to obtain information about this project and ask any questions directly related to this solicitation. An attendance sheet will be proved and shall serve as the official document verifying attendance. Please note that no weapons will be allowed on the premises.
