17-127 - Provision, preparation and packaging of kosher meals

No action is required if you agree this proposed purchase is a valid sole source.  If you disagree that this proposed purchase is a valid sole source, you are then asked to follow the instructions as stated in the section: Submission Instructions and Format of Response from Objecting Parties.
Interested parties who have reason to believe that the Jewish Community Services award should not be approved as a sole source should provide information in the following format for the county to use in determining whether or not to proceed with awarding the Sole Source contract.

1. Interested Party Information

   2. Company Website URL, if applicable
2. Objection to Sole Source Award
   1. Interest parties must present specific objects to the Sole Source approval.
   2. A statement regarding the Interested Party’s capabilities as related to the Sole Source request.
3. Comments will be accepted any time prior to November 16, 2017 12:00:00 PM (EST) to Cindy Carnes at ccarnes@co.genesee.mi.us or at Genesee County, Purchasing Department, 1101 Beach Street Room 343, Flint, MI 48502.  It is the sole responsibility of the Interested Parties that responses reach the purchasing department on time.
