RFB-RF-Voicemail System - 2015 GTC Voicemail System RFB

Summary of Specifications:
Grand Traverse County is requesting sealed bids for the purchase of a full featured Voicemail system with a 1000 user capacity or greater. The proposed system will be replacing an Avaya existing Modular Messaging Voicemail system currently running R5.2.1 software. The county is looking for a comparable product with an equivalent or more advanced feature set. In order to be considered, the proposed system must be able to interface seamlessly with the County’s existing Avaya Phone system which is currently running a 6.3 release of Communication Manager software. A highly desirable feature would be for a voicemail system to have the ability to interface with several different email and phone system formats.
