The Grand Traverse Sheriff’s Office is requesting bids for the purchase of Body Worn Cameras (BWC) to be used in the patrol function. At this time, we are seeking bids to purchase 2021 model BWCs. Details of the specifications for these Body Worn Cameras is attached.

Bid envelopes should be clearly marked “Body Worn Cameras”.
The deadline for receipt of these bids is 3:00pm on Monday, February 8, 2021. Opening of said bids shall take place at 9:00am on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 in Undersheriff Shea’s office. Bids will become public information upon opening.
The County of Grand Traverse and the Grand Traverse Sheriff’s Office are not committed to accept the low bid, and further reserve the right to reject any and all bids in the best interest of the county. Bids are subject to review and final acceptance by the Grand Traverse County Board of Commissioners. All quoted prices must be a final price and not subject to change. Bids must be valid for 240 days upon opening and deliverable within the specified time period.
Delivery of the BWCs must be prompt upon order.
