The Grand Traverse County Sheriff s Office is requesting proposals to provide Inmate Communications Systems at the Grand Traverse County Jail.

Sealed proposals must be submitted by Wednesday June 7, 2023, at 4:00 p.m.

Clearly identified sealed proposals shall be submitted to:

Bid envelopes should be clearly marked “Inmate Communications Systems”.

The deadline for receipt of these bids is 4:00pm on Wednesday, June 7, 2023. Opening of said bids shall take place on Thursday, June 8, 2023. Bids will become public information upon opening.

The County of Grand Traverse and the Grand Traverse Sheriff’s Office are not committed to accept the low bid, and further reserve the right to reject any and all bids in the best interest of the county. Bids are subject to review and final acceptance by the Grand Traverse County Board of Commissioners. Bids must be valid for 90 days upon opening and deliverable within the specified time period.
