GTCPR-2020-3 - Request for Proposals from Concessions Vendors for Civic Center Park

Grand Traverse County Parks and Recreation is seeking a concessionaire to provide services at the County's Civic Center Park in Traverse City, beginning this summer.  Interested vendors may either submit a proposal for summer 2020 and use the existing outdoor concession stand at the Civic Center and/or a food truck, or may submit a proposal for summer 2020, up to three years beyond, and operate botht he outdoor concession stand in summer and the indoor concession stand between fall and summer. Most immediate need is for concessions in summer 2020, but a long-term agreement (between one and three years) with a vendor for both concession stands is also sought.
