The Charter Township of Grand Blanc is seeking quotes for a comprehensive Agenda Management Software (AMS) system. The proposer must demonstrate they possess the organizational, functional, and technical capabilities to provide an AMS which meets Grand Blanc Township’s needs. Generally, the AMS will be utilized by staff to write, review, approve, manage, compile, and publish agendas, staff reports, and minutes. The ideal solution is flexible and should easily integrate with Grand Blanc Township’s existing website. The AMS should be easy to manage and allow for future growth. Grand Blanc Township is seeking an “off the shelf” solution which will address its core requirements out of the box with little modification. There is a preference for a cloud-based solution from a single provider.
There will be an ongoing yearly cost to this software.
