Description

Grand Blanc Township Department of Public Services is accepting summary of qualifications for project management services for the design and construction of a new DPS facility and fire station. The pre-determined site of construction is located at 5371 S Saginaw St on the east section of the property with Dort Hwy frontage.

The goal of the Township is to select a PM firm which will act as the leader of our design team. They will be integral in overseeing the selection of our design team, including an Architect and Engineer, and will be the liaison between the Township and the construction project as is it develops and comes to fruition. An RFQ submitted for consideration should prove that the firm can advise the Township through all phases of the project and ensure the needs of the project, organization, and community are met in a timely manner and within budget.
