Description

The Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians (GTB) Tribal Court is soliciting contractual-service proposals for a Court Process Server to provide Paper Process services, in the Tribal Court for one (1) year (FY'2024), (effective on Oct. 1, 2023 and end on Sept. 30, 2024). One (1) individual will be selected to enter into a contract to provide Court Paper Process services for GTB Tribal Court cases, on an as needed basis. The Individual must be familiar with general paper process serving duties. The Individual will be required to serve papers, for the Tribal Court, pertaining to Tribal Court cases/clients. Some travel will be required within the Tribe’s Six-County Service Area of: Antrim, Benzie, Charlevoix, Grand Traverse, Leelanau and Manistee Counties.
