Piggyback Contract

Description

Grand Traverse Band Housing Department will award contracts to the top bidder. A contract will be generated for a term of one year for the six county area, with an option to renew for two additional years. The contract will cover approximately 12 projects a year and would be assigned as the need arises. Prices for services will be frozen for a period of three years at amounts proposed and agreed to in said contracts for the term of the contracts. Exceptions will be noted.
