Description

Grand Rapids Community College is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to serve as a strategic partner in the evaluation of our PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning / Student Information Systems (ERP/SIS). This includes Human Resource Management, Financials, and Campus Solutions. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify a knowledgeable and experienced vendor who can conduct a high-level analysis of our current ERP/SIS and provide a detailed project plan to accomplish that evaluation. The objective of this work (Phase 1) is to outline estimated costs, timeframes, and resource requirements, allowing our organization to make an informed decision on the college's direction prior to our next fiscal year.
