THE HOLLAND BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT/REJECT ANY AND/OR ALL BIDS IN PART OR IN ENTIRETY.
THE HOLLAND BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WAIVE ANY IRREGULARITIES OR INFORMALITIES IN BIDS.
