702-16-285R1 - Service Area Roof Repairs

The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the work including removing damaged roof panels and replacing with new matching roof panels, tightening of existing screws, replacing missing and stripped screws on the existing roof panels with new screws, wire brushing and removing loose paint and rust on the existing roof panels, following necessary lead-containing paint control measures, power washing and preparing the existing roof panels, applying rust inhibiting primer on red rust areas, and applying the elastomeric roof coating system on all prepared roof panels on the Open Storage Building and the Oil Storage Building, and all incidental construction at Lake St. Clair Metropark in Macomb County, Michigan.
