Harper Woods School District is seeking a firm to provide A/E services for an 8,440 square foot ground up facility to include lockers rooms, co-ed workout room, administrative offices and conference rooms, and flexible multi-purpose space adjacent to Eastland Drive at Harper Woods High School, Michigan.
Project scope as follows:

• Project scope as outlined in “Harper Woods Working Concept F3 2023-01-13”. Main level 7,738 square foot and Viewing level 702 square foot.
• Incorporate freight shipping contains as part of the design
• Construction Manager will procure topographic survey & soil borings/geotechnical report of the project area
