01092020-DrainsRFB - 7,500 Gallon Hydropneumatic Tank Exterior, Piping and Wet Interior Repaint

1.    Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and other expenses for the purpose of performing the required services as per the attached bidding documents and construction drawings and technical specifications, as issued by Dixon Engineering, for the project:
A.    Repaint the Storage Tank End Cap and Wells #1 & #2 Piping.
B.    Wet Interior Storage Tank Repaint, including surface cleaning and preparation.
C.    Repairs:
1.    Install second Manway in Tank end.
2.    Replace existing Manway gasket.
3.    Reweld coupling.

A mandatory site visit and pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. at Well House #1, 1086 Queensway, Lake Isabella MI 48893. This meeting will be the only opportunity for prospective bidders to ask questions regarding bids.
