Isabella County is soliciting proposals for a Digital PBX Solution for several of its facilities. At a minimum, the Digital PBX Solution(s) will provide a digital phone system with new phones, voicemail to email functionality, conference call capability, caller identification, E911 capability, auto attendant, music on hold, phone paging capabilities, GUI interface for system administration reporting and training for all users, to include all administrative and general users.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Responding agencies are required to submit five (5) copies of their proposal. Each copy of the proposal should be bound or contained in a single volume. All documentation submitted with the proposal should be contained in that single volume. The proposal, whether mailed or hand delivered, must arrive at the County Administrator/Controller’s Office no later than 12:00 p.m., local time, on Friday, June 17, 2022. In addition, a PDF copy is to be emailed by the above stated deadline to the County Administrator/Controller, Nicole F. Frost at nfrost@isabellacounty.org.
