General Contractor Services for the County Administration Building HVAC and Roof Replacement Project. Ideally, the General Contractor for HVAC and Roof Replacement will ensure that the best interests of the County are held as a priority while administering services throughout the initiation, design, construction and close-out phases of the HVAC and Roof Replacement Project.
A mandatory site visit and pre-proposal meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. in Room 320 at the Isabella County Administration Building, 200 North Main Street, Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858. This meeting will be the only opportunity for prospective proposers to ask questions regarding proposals.
