Description

Isabella County is soliciting proposals for Lighting Retrofit Services for the Isabella County Courthouse Building. Ideally, the proposal will provide the County with details of costs and rebates, along with suggestions to improve lighting aesthetics and lessen energy consumption.
A mandatory site visit and pre-proposal meeting will be held on Friday, July 22, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 320 at the Isabella County Building, 200 N. Main St., Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858. This meeting will be the only opportunity for prospective proposers to ask questions regarding proposals.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Responding agencies are required to submit five (5) copies of their proposal. Each copy of the proposal should be bound or contained in a single volume. All documentation submitted with the proposal should be contained in that single volume. The proposal, whether mailed or hand delivered, must arrive at the County Administrator/Controller’s Office no later than 12:00 p.m., local time, on Friday, August 12, 2022. In addition, a PDF copy is to be emailed by the above stated deadline to the Administrator/Controller, Nicole F. Frost at nfrost@isabellacounty.org.
