Description

Isabella County issues this Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) to solicit proposals from qualified professional firms for the provision of parking lot expansion and repaving services. The County intends to enter into an agreement with the chosen firm for the asphalt parking service and expansion of the parking area. The County desires asphalt replacement and expansion of the vehicle parking area with a smooth durable surface.
A mandatory site visit and pre-proposal meeting will be held on Monday, April 29, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at Isabella County Animal Control, 1105 S. Isabella Road, Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858. This meeting will be the only opportunity for prospective proposers to ask questions regarding proposals.
