Additional Bidding Instructions

Responding agencies are required to submit five (5) copies of their proposal. Each copy of the proposal should be bound or contained in a single volume. All documentation submitted with the proposal should be contained in that single volume. The proposal, whether mailed or hand delivered, must arrive at the County Administrator/Controller’s Office no later than 4:00 PM, local time, on May 9th, 2022. In addition, a PDF copy is to be emailed by the above stated deadline to the Administrator/Controller, Nicole F. Frost at nfrost@isabellacounty.org and the Isabella County Clerk, Minde B. Lux at mlux@isabellacounty.org.
The five (5) hard copy proposals are to be sent to Isabella County Administrator/Controller’s Office at the address noted in Section 2.2, above. The envelope submitted should be clearly marked ISABELLA COUNTY VITAL RECORDS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM PROPOSAL and addressed to theattention of the County Administrator/Controller.
