LCC is seeking information from experienced software vendors for a campus-wide Asset Management System (AMS) software. The purpose for this system is to ensure that the College’s operational fixed assets (property, plant, equipment) are acquired, safeguarded, inventoried, disposed of, and accounted for in accordance with state and federal guidelines, and generally accepted accounting principles as prescribed by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board.
