RFP-10-07 - Local Traffic Controller Software

Summary of Specifications:
The software shall be capable of exchanging traffic signal information with multiple central systems and devices of different types. System components from different vendors shall communicate with each other to provide system functions and to work together as a whole system. The same communications infrastructure will be used to interconnect a central management system with traffic signal controllers, dynamic message signs, video surveillance controls and other devices to manage traffic. The software shall conform to NTCIP 1201:2005 v02.32 and NTCIP 1202:2005 v02.19.
