RFP-20-16 - Body Worn Cameras

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this project is to provide the Macomb County Sheriff Office with wearable cameras for law enforcement taking into account quality, upgradeability, purchase cost and other considerations. The Sheriff’s Office consists of 250 sworn officers assigned to three separate shifts (maximum 80 officers on any given shift). The project will consist of approximately 150 cameras and all necessary installation and equipment to provide each 8 hour shift of officers with body worn cameras. Additionally, the vendor will be required to provide all support, training, software and licensing agreements to utilize, recharge, download, retrieve, store and copy video from the cameras from a minimum of 10 separate outlying locations.
