RFP-68-14 - Human Resources Training, Education & Prof. Development Program

Summary of Specifications:
The County would like to create training and development program which: 

• Incorporates, as needed, development and administration of learning strategies for the general employee population, supervisors and managers across the County’s departments and other public sector agencies. • Applies existing off-the-shelf or customized training material which focuses on developing individuals in the general employee population in various topics identified by the County. • Provides standard training material for employees requiring on-going training to meet specified requirements, learn newly mandated processes or procedures, or develop skills in other areas as required. • Consistently applies and reinforces training courses that are specific to skill needs within the public service arena.
