The project consists of all necessary work to select a vendor to supply janitorial supplies to Macomb County.
QUANTITY
The quantities shown are for estimating purposes only, not a guarantee of actual usage, based on previous usage and used as a guide for bidding purposes only. We require most items to be shipped in full cartons or boxes. No loose items will be accepted.
INVOICES
Separate invoices for each delivery shall be submitted in duplicate to Macomb County Finance Department. Invoices shall state the delivery date, location, product, quantity delivered, and must include the PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER.
DELIVERY LOCATION AND TIME
Upon awarding of the bid, all material as specified shall be delivered F.O.B. destination, freight prepaid to the following location (unless otherwise specified): Macomb County Central Receiving, 44900 Vic Wertz Drive, Clinton Township, MI 48036. Deliveries are to be made between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The County of Macomb reserves the right to reject bids which offer an unsatisfactory delivery schedule.
ALTERNATES
Macomb County will consider any alternates submitted, but reserves the right to reject low bids which are not considered equal. ALL ALTERNATES MUST BE QUOTED IN THE SPACE PROVIDED ON THE SPREADSHEET.
PROPORTIONING UNITS / DISPENSERS
It is understood by the vendor that if bidding on a product that requires a different proportioning unit or dispenser, that vendor is responsible for replacing them throughout the county facilities at no cost to Macomb County. This includes labor and the actual proportioning units and dispensers.
