RFQ-SM-45-16 - Landscape Design Services

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of the Request for Qualifications is to obtain verifiable responses from qualified firms that provide “on-call” landscape design services for County owned facilities for a one-year term with an option to renew for a subsequent one-year term. 

Qualified candidates will have excellent design skills, as well as the ability to communicate with various stakeholders that may be involved in the County projects. Registered Landscape Architects preferred but not required. 

More than one (1) firm may be selected to provide “on-call” landscape design services. During the term of the contract selected firm(s) may be requested to provide a work plan and price proposals for subsequent individual public land projects. Projects may range in scope and size. Tasks may include landscape design, final design plans, construction documents, specifications, construction oversight, and project budgets.
